You can connect an email account hosted on our server to your existing Gmail account using the POP protocol. Please note that if you later remove the added POP account from Gmail, the imported emails may be deleted at the same time.

Gmail (Web version)

  1. Log in to Gmail with your existing Gmail account.

  2. Open settings.

  3. Select Accounts and import -> Add a mail accont.

  4. Enter the email address you want to add and click Next.

  5. Choose "Import emails from my other account (POP3)" -> Next.

    1. Fill in the requested information (see below for details):

      • Username: Email address.

      • Password: The password for your email account.

      • POP Server: Find your email settings here: https://login.domainkeskus.com/webmail-settings and enter the server address shown on the page (for example: easywp.euronic.fi or blade1.euronic.fi).

      • Port: 995 (POP)

      • Select "Leave a copy of retrieved messages on the server." if you want messages to remain on our server. Keeping this enabled is recommended.

        Note: If you leave this unchecked, messages will be removed from our server and won’t be available from other devices.

      • Select "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail".

      Click Add account.

  6. Click Next.

    If you don’t want to send messages from this added address, select No.

  7. Give the account a name that will also be visible to message recipients. Then click Next.

  8. Fill in the requested information (see below for details):

    • SMTP Server: Same as the POP server (Find your email settings here: https://login.domainkeskus.com/webmail-settings and enter the server address shown on the page (for example: easywp.euronic.fi or blade1.euronic.fi).

    • Port: 465.

    • Username: Email address.

    • Password: The password for your email account.

    • Keep "SSL" selected.

    Add account.

  9. You will receive a confirmation email in the account you are adding. Log in to your email account (for example, through webmail at https://login.domainkeskus.com/webmail and confirm the account addition by clicking the link in the message.

  10. The account setup is complete! When sending an email, you can choose whether to send it from your Gmail account or from the added account.
